What Does This Privacy Policy Cover?

This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of certain “Personal Information” (information that can be associated with a specific person and can be used to identify that person, such as name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, date of birth, financial account information, IP address and other similar types of information), other information that is about you but cannot independently be used to identify you and information about your internet connection, equipment you use to access the Site and usage details.

The information we collect from our users enables us to personalize and improve our services for our users. We may collect, store, use and transfer different kinds of Personal Information about you.

We and any of our third-party partners may receive and store certain types of information from you whenever you interact with our services. Please note we may still contact you via e-mail on information related to the completion of your Membership registration, change of password, your purchase of services, and other essential communications. Please keep in mind that if you unsubscribe from promotional or advertising e-mails, we may still contact you in response to your requests and we may still send administrative e-mails, such as those containing information about our services.

SMS Communications. 

We are committed to keeping your phone number confidential by not selling, renting or leasing phone numbers to third-parties, and we will not disclose your phone number to any third-parties except as allowed in the section below titled “Disclosing Your Information.”

OUR COMMITMENT TO CHILDREN’S PRIVACY.

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important.  For that reason, we do not allow children under 13 years of age to use the Site, we do not knowingly collect or maintain information from persons under 13 years of age, and no part of the Site is directed to persons under 13 years of age.  If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use or access the Site at any time or in any manner.  If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child under 13 years of age has provided us with information, please alert us at [email protected].

VISITORS FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.

This Site is controlled and operated by Bespoke Opulence in the United States.  If you choose to access the Site from outside the United States, you acknowledge that you will be transferring your information, including Personal Information, outside of those regions to the United States for storage and processing, as necessary to provide to you the products and services available through the Site.  Where required, we comply with applicable legal frameworks relating to the collection, storage, use and transfer of personal information.

DO NOT TRACK DISCLOSURES.

Third parties such as advertising networks, analytics providers and widget providers may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you access or use our services.  Currently, various browsers offer a “Do Not Track” option, but there is no standard for how “Do Not Track” should work on commercial websites.  Due to lack of such standards, the Site does not respond to Do Not Track consumer browser settings.
